Film

ACL is responsible for licensing any Christie title for the screen throughout the world.

From 1928’s The Passing Of Mr Quin to the star-studded features of the 1970s and 1980s, Agatha Christie has had a long and illustrious association with film. 1974’s Murder On The Orient Express was, for example, nominated for six Academy Awards. Now a new era of Christie movies is underway with a big budget re-make of Murder On The Orient Express from Fox, directed by and starring Sir Kenneth Branagh and released in 2017. Death on the Nile will follow in 2020.

We do not accept any unsolicited scripts but welcome approaches from leading producers or studios.
